Open to not only students but staff and the public the Alam Sports Centre is made up of: a twelve court sports hall, 120 station gym, dedicated fitness studios, floodlit 3G pitches, pitch-side changing rooms and a new strength and conditioning suite.

The Performance Zone

Giving access to elite training equipment and level 4 qualified Strength and Conditioning coaches with a variety of sessions on offer the performance zone at hull sport adds another offering for individuals who want to train in a dedicated strength and condition suite.

Working with life fitness to develop our new fitness facilities at the university of Hull was a fantastic experience. Life fitness gave us the tool and support needed to create and develop two bespoke gym spaces, that are now the heart of our sport centre with a real wow factor.

Overall Life Fitness have gone above and beyond to support our redevelop of the fitness spaces at the University of Hull
